On July 25, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Education Park Soon-ae visited a private tutoring institution in Sejong City to monitor its preparedness for COVID.
Expressing her gratitude for the endeavor of private tutoring institutions over the past two and a half years that involved their bearing troubles, she said, "Because private tutoring institutions are frequently visited by students, even a slight neglect of safety can lead to massive community spreads, which is why we need to keep staying alert." She added, "Going forward, the Ministry of Education will continue to prioritize safeguarding students' health in close consultation with health authorities." |
