School violence records to be preserved up to 4 years, and reflected in college admissions

- Aggressor student’s disciplinary actions in the Student Record preserved for an extended period, penalties to be imposed in college admissions
- Victim students’ consent required to delete disciplinary actions
- Victim students can request to be separated from aggressor students
- School violence prevention & support center to be established in Metropolitan and Provincial Offices of Education
- Students will receive more sports and arts education, as well as social and emotional education to prevent school violence
